 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My Laptop failed during a reinstallation of Windows 11 by a Microsoft Technician remoting into my machine in Saturday morning. Chaos ensued as It simply wouldn't load up and was stuck in a loop. I contacted Steve and explained what had happened and how I was up against a deadline as my job was changing and I needed it to be working asap.
