I suffered a desktop failure and found Steve at Bluefish Computer Services on a Google search , I read his reviews and contacted him as he was very local to me , absolutely first class experience  he gave me the reassurance that I needed that he could help and had me up and running with a new hard drive and reinstalled windows and associated updates within a day of dropping off the PC to him . My Laptop failed during a reinstallation of Windows 11 by a Microsoft Technician remoting into my machine in Saturday morning. Chaos ensued as It simply wouldn't load up and was stuck in a loop. I contacted Steve and explained what had happened and how I was up against a deadline as my job was changing and I needed it to be working asap. He got me to drop it off today and within 4 hours had fixed it completely and I now have a working laptop again and all for a very reasonable charge.
