Call or message us. We can often talk you through simple problems over the phone, and if not, we’ll tell you what’s needed.
Diagnosis and a fixed quote
We aim to give you a fixed price before any work starts (see our price list). If we need time to investigate, there’s a £35 diagnostic fee, waived if you go ahead.
Repaired and returned
Most repairs take 2–3 days, and a 24-hour priority service is available. Choose workshop drop-off, collect and return, or an on-site visit.

You can do either. We offer on-site visits, collect and return, and workshop drop-off with free parking. Home visits are for customers within 3 miles of the centre of Chichester.
We use genuine Apple parts where available or quality alternative parts. We’ll explain what your Mac needs when we give you your quote.
Most repairs take 2–3 days. We also offer a 24-hour priority service, subject to parts being available.
Yes. We set up new Macs and transfer your data from the old one, including your email and iCloud settings if you need help with those.
We can securely wipe it and recycle it for you, ensuring non of your data will ever be recoverable.
Yes, we provide insurance reports for liquid spill damage.
