Visiting us and drop-off
Our workshop is at 36 Stockbridge Gardens, Chichester, PO19 8QT, and we work by appointment only, so please call or send a message first. On-street parking is available on the road outside. Bring your device, its charger and any passwords or PINs you know, and tell us roughly what’s wrong. We’ll give you a fixed price before we start, and we’ll confirm a collection time when it’s ready.
Remote support
Many software, email and Wi-Fi problems can be fixed over the internet without a visit. Call 01243 216313 and we’ll tell you whether remote help will work.
Home visits
We visit homes and businesses within 3 miles of Chichester city centre. Outside that area we may add a small charge, depending on distance. Call us and we’ll give you a price before booking. Visit prices are on our Prices page.
How quickly will we reply?
We aim to reply to all messages the same day. For anything urgent, such as a laptop that won’t start before a deadline, please call 01243 216313.
